A Monthly Practice to Come Home to Yourself

The North Star Connection is a guided 1-hour monthly practice designed to bring you back into alignment — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

It’s a four-step process to gently guide you out of pain and confusion, and back into clarity, calm, and confidence. Whether you're dealing with lingering trauma, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from your purpose or your work, this practice helps you return to your center—your internal North Star.
